Step 1: Purchase Device
  • Purchase the Galaxy S22 5G Series Ultra nationwide at participating retailers – Including the Samsung online Shop or Brand Stores
Step 2: Apply for Trade-in
  • Search for your qualifying pre-owned device to start the application process
  • Answer the 4 grading questions on the condition of your device to confirm you qualify for the minimum R 7 000 or higher on a device that switches on without a charger.
  • Input Galaxy S22 5G Ultra IMEI
    Note: To find your IMEI – (1) Dial *#06# or (2) Go to your Phone Settings then select “About Phone”
  • Supply your banking details
  • Provide a location of where your old device will be collected within 2 or 3 days
Step 3: Collect device
Prepare your old device by doing the following:
  • Back-up data
  • Remove memory card
  • Disable theft protection
  • Reset to factory settings
Step 4: Review & Payment
  • Your pre owned device will be inspected to confirm final grading outcome
  • Upon successful inspection the trade in value of your pre owned device will be paid into your bank account
